Some days are better than others. Yesterday’s ride was unexpected in what I thought I could produce. You never know I guess.

I’ve been working with Jaden Dahners since I moved back to Washington in January 2016. He’s a badass skier, bmx rider and motocross enduro racer. He’s always had passion and skills but the best and most important thing I admire about him is his passion and commitment. Dude is representing the USA in France at the ISDE. It’s been a heavy week for a lot of people seems to be an understatement. I’ve had to really focus to pull myself out a pretty deep funk this morning. Being an empath can mean being a black hole for all the s**t flying around in this world. Sometimes I don’t see it coming. Anyway…
I’ve found a few folks here in the USA who know The Tragically Hip… pretty frickin’ cool people that’s for sure. I’ve found levity and great memories of dancing my face off with the latest release from The Tragically Hip. Live and awesome. For those who are discovering the band for the first time, this is the best versions of all of these songs. I hope it helps your day along.

The new techniques I’ve learned are knocking the ball outta the park. First client today recovering from a hip replacement felt so good he walked out and forgot his cane!!!

Epic Day in the Woods. Can’t thank my amazing wife Rachel enough for making me take care of me. I know it’s Mother’s Day… she really wanted to be left alone to work her butt off as she is constantly doing. One more day here in Whistler tomorrow. Pushing my limits, growing my comfort zone by stepping out of it with intention.
