I’ve been a little MIA on here lately.
The truth is, life has been full.
I’m incredibly grateful that Fractal Bodyworks has been busy (currently booked into the end of August 🤍), I’m raising my toddler, and a few months ago my family experienced an unimaginable tragedy.
My brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly at only 33 years old.
And grief hit me harder than I could have prepared for.
I felt it not only emotionally but physically.
A heaviness in my chest.
Tightness.
My body wanted to protect and brace.
It gave me a deeper understanding of something I see so often in my work which is our bodies are part of our story.
Through Myofascial Release, I leaned into the same tools I share with my clients.
I slowed down.
I listened.
I gave myself permission to feel instead of pushing it away.
I practiced Myofascial self-treatment, received treatment myself, and gave my body space and support while moving through something incredibly painful.
Because healing doesn’t always mean we erase what happened.
Sometimes healing means creating enough safety within ourselves to feel what’s there.
To soften around it and carry it differently. ❤️

Over the past several weeks, so many clients, and community members have shown incredible patience, kindness, and support during this difficult season for my family. It has truly meant more than I can express. 💛
As a small gesture of appreciation, I’ll be doing a client appreciation giveaway through the end of June.
One winner will receive a complimentary 60-minute Myofascial Release session ($220 value) at my Hooksett, NH office location.
Clients seen during May & June will be automatically entered to win. Those who also donate to my sister’s family GoFundMe will receive one additional entry.
You do not need to be an existing client to participate.
Maximum of 2 entries per person.
If donating, simply send me a screenshot of your donation confirmation via email or fb messenger so I can add your name to the drawing.
Thank you all again for the compassion and support you’ve shown our family during this time.

A personal share here because my family is in the middle of something devastating.
My brother-in-law remains in critical condition after a severe accident, and my sister and their four children are facing an incredibly difficult and uncertain road ahead.
If you’re able to donate, share, or keep them in your prayers, it would mean so much. ❤️

I share this often because it’s one of the simplest things you can do that actually makes a difference.
When I do postural evaluations, I consistently see rounded shoulders and a rounded upper back.
Our lives pull us forward—
phones, computers, driving…
This is a simple way to give your body the opposite.
In this photo I’m using a yoga bolster, but a rolled-up bath towel works just as well.
Place it along your spine, let your shoulders fall open, and allow gravity to do the work.
Breathe into it. Stay for about 5 minutes.
☀️ Bonus if you can get some sunlight while you’re there.
