Salon Thairapy

It is with great sadness that I announce that Salon Thairapy will be closing. Our last day of operation will be Thursday, March 30th. Unfortunately, we do not have availability to accommodate any new appointments before closing.

As most of you are aware, we have lost 3 of our 5 stylists over a period of a few months which proved to be too much of a loss in too short of a time to be able to recover from. As we have built our reputation through offering an outstanding experience while providing exceptional service, I made the decision to close rather than provide less than our valued guests are entitled to and should expect.

I would like to thank you all for your support over the years which has been the key factor to the success of the salon.

Shannon will be moving to Olea Salon in Manchester which is an AVEDA Salon and Lauren will be continuing at Great Clips in Hooksett for the foreseeable future. Christine continues her recovery.

Hello Guests,
I would personally like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your patience and loyalty over the last few months. I understand that everyone is anxious to start looking like ourselves again. I wanted to let you all know that all of your emails and messages has been received and are being logged for responses. I have personally been making all of the phone calls over the last week to reschedule the appointments that are on the book as of the time we closed on March 21st. Although we were expecting that Riley, Cathy and I would be able to make those calls at the same time and get everyone back on the book by now, Riley has left on maternity leave a few weeks earlier than expected having given birth to a healthy baby boy last week.
Cathy will begin making the calls with me as of Thursday and we hope to have contacted everyone by the end of next week. We could not have predicted what a time-consuming task this is. We are rescheduling appointments for six stylists for an eight-week period and calling each person individually.

WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU!! I have contacted everyone with appointments from March 24th through March 28th and have either left messages or successfully rescheduled those appointments. I am working on the week of March 31 through April 4th. If you have an appointment that week and have not heard from me yet, you should hear from me tomorrow. Some good news is that it seems that with the limited time for appointments, it is allowing for more appointments to be scheduled in a week than previously thought and hopefully we will be able to accommodate everyone in a shorter time frame than expected.

I am so thankful that everyone has been so kind and understanding during these phone calls. I also am unable to express the gratitude the stylists and I have for your patience and we respect how frustrating it is waiting for “the call”. It is my personal mission to get these appointments scheduled as quickly as possible. I will also be making calls through the evenings and throughout the weekend. Our opening day is Monday, May 25th and we look forward to seeing you within the next few weeks.
