49 NEVER FELT SO GOOD!
Us, middle aged women tend to get lost in all the things we carry. Work, family, kids, decades in our happy marriages or years into single life again and looking for companionship.
Jaded and hopeless or devoted and happy, we all have something in common.
Whatever your story is at this age, I’m certain that if you are anything like me, you don’t always put yourself first.
This is the season of life we are in. And that’s ok! I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
But I encourage you to make time for YOU!
Have a self care day once a month and do something for yourself. You deserve to feel pretty and young and that YOU MATTER!
