CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected events can occur in everyone's life. To be fair and considerate of my time and yours, I have the following cancellation policies- 48-hour advance notice: If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to schedule another appointment for you promptly.
- Full charge for no-shows: If you fail to give us 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This charge will be made to your credit card on file.
- Missed appointments: If you forget or intentionally miss your appointment, you will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged for the missed appointment. If payment is declined, future services will be denied until the payment is made.
- Late arrivals: Appointment times are scheduled specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments. The length of the session will depend on how late you arrive. Regardless of the actual length of the service, you will be responsible for the full service.
-Last minute changes: Changes to appointments scheduled must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise you are responsible for time and services booked. Time is specifically reserved for the service booked and changes made less than 48 hours are not accepted.
Please plan accordingly and be punctual to show respect for me and other customers.
