Padma's Natural Kitchen

As we transition into the fall season, it’s time to update your seasonal spices! Add these Fall Ayurvedic blends to your rotation to support your physical and energetic needs as our environment shifts to Vata — cool and dry, windy. We need to balance this in our digestion by focusing on seasonal vegetables (think roots and fall greens), as well as balancing these qualities with grounding spices, warming foods that stimulate digestion, and adding oils and some sweet.

The Fall Ayurvedic Spice is a hand ground blend of turmeric, cumin, fennel, coriander, and ginger — adding a light warming quality to any meal. A great compliment to rice, vegetables, chicken, eggs, etc. I’ve known some to make their daily golden milk with it. A powerful anti-inflammatory blend, and simple enough to incorporate in a daily meal.

The Fall Ayurvedic Spice blend is a blend of sea salt, black pepper, sage, rosemary, and thyme! A wonderful herby blend that’s perfect to top any soup or your sourdough toast! The possibilities are endless, but the micronutrients of these herbs are essential!

And if you cook with ghee (coconut oil is the next best option), this is the best way to help the herb/spice qualities to pe*****te deep into the body’s tissues.

Both spice blends as well as ghee is available currently! Reach out for details! 🫚🍂✨

Alright friends. One thing that always breaks my heart is food waste after an event and also a huge investment loss — usually I sell pretty close to completely out, sometimes I don’t, but I’ve never had ZERO attendance at an event. Yesterday, a pop-up at a busy location but a low visibility setup area combined with extreme heat and no way to get out of the sun caused me to lose quite a bit, and I closed up shop early, but still have quite a few baked goods left. ✨ 100% GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN & DYE-FREE ✨At this point, I’d love for someone to just take ALL of them, if you have staff who deserve a treat, a club meeting, church congregation, homeless outreach, whatever. PLEASE come take these baked goods, make a small donation and it’s yours. TAKE ALL PLEASE. I just want them to be enjoyed. I have the following (last photo are the melted ones):

4 boxes cupcakes (24 cupcakes)
Heavenly Date Squares - 9
