🥗This Month’s HEALTHY EATING CLASS was refreshing and perfect for summer! ☀️

👉 Our Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad was a hit!
Crisp lettuce, tender chicken, and shell pasta were all tossed together with a homemade Caesar dressing, fresh Parmesan and of course Kathy’s croutons 😋

We discussed the recipe and the health benefits while also reviewing Medicaid and Medicare information and how they can work together 🤲

🎉 Day 1 of June 2026 CNA Class 🎉

Today, 20 motivated students chose to spend part of their summer investing in their future, setting goals, and taking the first steps toward a career in healthcare. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of each of them for showing up, stepping out of their comfort zones, and committing to making a difference in the lives of others. Nursing assistants are the heart of patient care.

Several students in this class have plans to continue their education and pursue nursing school in the future, and we are honored to be a small part of their journey. We cannot wait to watch them learn, grow, gain confidence, and develop the skills needed to care for others with compassion and excellence.

The future of healthcare is sitting in this classroom, and we are excited to cheer them on every step of the way! 🩺✨
