In my clinic, we look closely at the entire body because even something as simple as a symptom in your eyes can show signs of dysfunction long before labs do.

📍 DARK CIRCLES UNDER YOUR EYES
Can point to ADRENAL FATIGUE, POOR SLEEP, or a SLUGGISH DETOX PATHWAY, especially involving the LIVER AND LYMPHATIC SYSTEM. These dark shadows are often a sign of chronic stress, inflammation, or toxin buildup.

📍 YELLOWING IN THE WHITES
This is often tied to LIVER DYSFUNCTION, POOR BILE FLOW, or GALLBLADDER CONGESTION. On lab work, this could show up as ELEVATED BILIRUBIN or sluggish liver enzymes. It’s one of the earliest visual signs of impaired detoxification.

📍 RED OR BLOODSHOT EYES
Consistent redness can indicate SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATION, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, or EXCESS HISTAMINE, commonly seen in clients with mold exposure, hidden infections, or overburdened detox pathways.

📍 DRY EYES OR BLURRY VISION

📍 BULGING EYES
This symptom is closely tied to THYROID IMBALANCES, particularly GRAVE’S DISEASE or HYPERTHYROIDISM. It reflects both hormonal disruption and underlying autoimmune activity.

📍 EYE TWITCHING
