I wanted to hop on here while I had some free time to address a rumor that’s been going around about me...
The girls are saying that I’m the “ultimate brow queen”👸🏼…
And I just want to say, it’s 100% true. 💁🏼‍♀️😍

Surgery is done! My doctor feels very confident I will feel so much better. Though I’m still in pain, I can already tell the difference. He spent 90 minutes removing lots of bone pieces, breaking up scar tissue, and cleaning up torn tissue. Now it’s time to rest, heal, and eat a grilled cheese made by the best mom ever, while snuggling with the best man ever.

Meanwhile… I’m slamming my second Alani and absolutely *slaying* this blonde, 10 hours before they knock me out.😜

Some habits die hard.

On Monday morning, I’ll be having ankle surgery #2 to remove some bone fragments that have been causing problems since my original break.
My surgeon is optimistic that this recovery will be much shorter, and I’m choosing to believe him because, honestly… at this point, my orthopedic surgeon and I are basically besties. I actually might see him more frequently than my real besties. 😅

I’ll be taking a little time off to rest and heal, but I’ll keep everyone updated if any future appointments are affected. If I need to move your appointment, I’ll reach out to you personally as soon as I know more.

I want to say thank you. To everyone who’s checked in on me, sent kind messages, been flexible with appointments, and supported my business through all of this—you’ve made a really difficult year so much easier. Being away from the salon has been one of the hardest parts of this journey because I truly love what I do and I genuinely miss seeing all of you.

Here’s hoping surgery #2 is the final chapter in this ankle saga. Thank you for continuing to cheer me on—I can’t wait to see you all again soon.🤍🤍
