Cancellation/No Show Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
At Wild Roots Hair Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality service to all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Advance Notice Requirement:
We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This advance notice allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.
Late Cancellation Fee:
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee amounting to 25% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be applied. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and compensate for the loss of business caused by short-notice cancellations.
Purpose of the Policy:
The intent behind this policy is to ensure that we can maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. Last-minute cancellations can lead to un-utilized time slots that could have been allocated to other clients in need of our services. By providing adequate notice, you help us serve everyone better.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
No Show Policy:
You will be charged 100% fee of the services you have booked.
