You may notice that we’ve made some changes to our booking menu. We’ve streamlined our facial services into two simple categories:

NEW CLIENT EXPERIENCE
For those visiting The Skin Refinery for the first time. Your first facial is designed to give us the time to get to know your skin, understand your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan for you.

YOUR CUSTOM FACIAL
For our returning clients. Rather than choosing between a long list of different facials, you’ll simply choose the amount of time you’d like to spend with us — and we’ll customize your treatment based on what your skin needs that day.

Why the change?

Because the truth is, we’ve been customizing your facials all along. ✨

Your skin doesn’t always need the exact same thing every time you visit, so we don’t believe you should have to choose a specific facial from a long list just to get the treatment that’s right for you.

We’re moving toward a more all-inclusive facial experience, where your treatment can include the modalities, enhancements, and finishing touches your skin needs without you having to worry about building a facial with multiple add-ons or unexpected fees.

Less choosing. Less confusion. More customization. More included.

Our goal has always been to create a place where you can relax, trust us with your skin, and know that you’re receiving exactly what you need that day.

And don’t worry , we’ll still be bringing you featured seasonal facials from time to time, along with our advanced treatments, which will remain available on the menu to book separately .
