Force for good. Let's be beautiful and healthy !

Maybe happiness isn’t something we have to chase.
Maybe it’s already here, quietly waiting in the present moment. 🌊

Force for Good. 💙
One of the things I’m most grateful for since starting this business has nothing to do with sales or income.
For nearly two years now, I’ve been donating 90 VitaMeal servings every month through the Force for Good Foundation.
It may not seem like a huge contribution, but knowing it can help feed children facing extreme hunger—and even help save one or two lives each month—means more to me than words can express.
Since becoming a mom, I can’t imagine what it must feel like for a mother to watch her child go hungry. That thought alone breaks my heart.
That’s why giving has become something I genuinely look forward to every month.
I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a company that gives ordinary people like me the opportunity to make a real difference, one meal at a time.
Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t what this business gives to us… it’s what it allows us to give to others. ❤️
And that’s one of the reasons I love the Epoch line. Every purchase supports the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, so taking care of yourself also means helping care for someone else. I think that’s a beautiful idea. 🥰
People often ask why I’ve stayed with Nu Skin for so many years.
The answer starts long before I ever became a partner.
Years ago, I experienced a miscarriage and spent the next two years trying to get pregnant.
During that difficult season, I was introduced to a few supplements and started paying more attention to my health.
About a month and a half later, I became pregnant with my first daughter.
A few years later, I was blessed with my second daughter as well.
That experience left a lasting impact on me.
Not because of a product.
But because it reminded me how precious our health really is.
Even then, I didn’t join the business.
I simply became a customer.
For the next 7 years, I used the products because I genuinely loved them and because they became part of my daily life.
Over time, I noticed positive changes not only in my health, but also in my energy, confidence, and overall well-being.
People would often ask me what I was doing.
Friends, family, and even people I had just met became curious.
And I found myself sharing my experience again and again.
After 7 years as a happy customer, I realized something.
If something has made such a positive difference in my life, why wouldn’t I share it with others?
That’s when I decided to become a partner.
Not because I was looking for a business.
But because I wanted to help other people discover what had helped me.
Today, the most rewarding part isn’t the products or the business itself.
It’s seeing someone feel better.
Have more energy.
Gain confidence.
And improve their quality of life.
That’s why I’m still here today. ❤️

For a long time, I kept asking myself:
“Is this really how life is supposed to be?”
I was born in China, moved to Japan at 19, worked hard, followed the “normal” path, and did everything I thought I was supposed to do.
But deep down… something always felt missing.
Then life changed.
Marriage.
Motherhood.
Hard seasons that made me slow down and really think about what truly matters.
And one thing became so clear to me:
Health matters.
Time matters.
Freedom matters.
Especially as a mom.
Today, some people may think I simply “sell products,” and I understand why.
But the truth is… what I care about is so much deeper than that.
I care about helping women feel like themselves again.
To have more energy.
To take care of their health before burnout becomes normal.
To age well.
To stop putting themselves last.
And honestly…
I also wanted to build a life where my time wasn’t constantly being traded away.
A life where I could keep growing, be present for my family, take care of my health, and build something meaningful at the same time.
I’m still learning.
Still growing.
Still becoming.
But if sharing my journey helps even one woman feel healthier, stronger, or more hopeful about her future…
then it’s worth it♥️
We all need people who remind us of who we’re becoming.
Maybe growth isn’t just about finding the right people…
Maybe it’s also about becoming the kind of person who inspires growth in others. ✨
And honestly,
I hope I can be one of those people. ♥️
