•A refill is filling in the negative space with the SAME color
•For various reasons, I do not do fill ins if it is not my work
•YES you can get the same color with different designs. Designs are extra.
•Filing down the bulk of the acrylic to apply a new color will be charged as a full set. It is no longer considered a refill if I’m doing more work AND using more product/acrylic.
