When I'm not serving up confidence and sass to my girls, you can find me trying new foods (drinking a sidecar, margaritas or French 75 anyone? 🤣) I also love getting lost in a good book, or jetting off to my next adventure.

Almost six years ago, I stepped into the beauty industry with no experience—just a deep love for all things beauty and a passion for uplifting others. Before lashing, I led a team of 40 employees, teaching them how to sell, market, and most importantly, believe in themselves.

But in 2017, I was laid off. That moment broke me, but it also woke me up. I realized I was meant for more than just opening stores and reporting to someone else. I didn’t know what “more” looked like, but I trusted God would show me.

I took time off, tried financial literacy, stopped, restarted, and questioned myself constantly. Eventually, I went back to work, but I knew deep down God had something bigger planned for me. I set a three-year goal and prayed for clarity.

One day, as I was leading my team, something clicked. At the time I was trying to find a lipstick vendor, maybe even dabbling with lash strips—when the idea of lash extensions came to me. That was the beginning.

I started from my dining room, clients until 5am, even doing house calls. I quit in my head a million times that first year, family doubted me but I couldn’t let go.

God made it clear to me: you can’t wear every hat and expect to flourish.

So I kept going. Even when depression tried to take me out, even when quitting seemed easier, I leaned on my faith, my family’s prayers, and the women who kept believing in me. my girls—the ones I serve and empower every day—kept me moving forward. ✨

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s mine. And if there’s one thing I know for sure: I was built for this, and so are you
