Over time, the nail surface can become dry, dehydrated, and chalky-looking — especially on mature nails, where the nail plate may be more fragile and slower to recover.

That’s why gentle removal matters. I take my time to smooth the surface carefully and protect the natural nail as much as possible.

Healthy toes need regular maintenance — not just pretty polish.

After a full week of doing nails, my hands and body work a lot, so when I clean up the studio, I always try to choose a way that feels a little lighter on my body.

Instead of throwing away old towels, I reuse them to clean the floor and reset the space. It’s nothing fancy — just a small habit that helps me keep the studio clean, be a little less wasteful, and take care of my body after many hours of sitting and working with my hands.

Clean space, calm energy, intentional care.

⚠️ Just a little note: This method works for me, but if anyone wants to try it, please be careful because wet floors can be slippery.
