Uhhh… what a journey it’s been. 💗🥹

I started at 308 lbs, and this transformation has taken 4 years!!!! Not 4 weeks. YEARS

🩺 June 2022: I had gastric-sleeve surgery.

✨ Six months later: I had lost my first 50 lbs.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Then I joined a gym for the first time, began weight training and lost another 50 lbs over the following year.

🎉 In approximately 18 months, I had lost 100 lbs.

🪀 After taking three months away from the gym, I regained around 20 lbs, but I returned, joined a new gym, committed and lost them again.

For what felt like forever, I couldn’t get below 210 lbs. No matter how hard I trained or how closely I watched my food, my body seemed completely stuck. It was frustrating.

💉 August 2025: I tried tirzepatide for the first time. I lost approximately 20 lbs in eight weeks, then stopped taking it.

After that, my weight yo-yoed 🪀between 200 and 210 lbs, while I continued working out and focusing on my nutrition.

💉 Six weeks ago: I restarted tirzepatide 💗

📍 Today: 180 lbs…. the lowest weight I have ever reached during this journey. 🥹💗

Throughout these four years, I have remained CONSISTENT 🔑overall. I prioritize protein, follow a high-protein and lower-carbapproach, weight train and mix in Pilates and yoga because I love love them. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨
