My oldest brother was my biggest cheerleader. The song, "Best Friend" by Brandy, was our song. I lost him on May 3, 2025, to the chronic effects of diabetes, and it left a hole in my heart that will never fully heal. Watching someone I loved so deeply struggling with a disease that affects so many in our community changed the course of my life. His passing became the reason Ujamaa Farm was born.

My name is Keisha, and I have been a nurse for 26 years. Throughout my career, I have cared for countless people battling diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation, and c*ncer. I have seen the pain these conditions cause, not only for patients but for entire families. After losing my oldest brother, I knew I wanted to do more than care for people after they became sick. I wanted to help people take charge of their wellness before disease takes such a devastating toll.

That passion led me to develop our Soursop Leaf Tincture, which has been beta tested over the past year. What started as a personal journey of healing and purpose has grown into something much bigger.

Ujamaa Farm is not just a business to us—it is truly a ministry. We are driven by a genuine desire to help people live healthier lives. We believe wellness starts with education, support, and access to natural products that can be part of a healthier lifestyle.

Every bottle we make is rooted in love, service, and in the memory of my brother. His life continues to inspire our mission every day. We are honored to walk alongside others on their wellness journey and to be a source of encouragement, hope, and support along the way. 🤎
