Why should you be BRL of the Season?: “I am SO honored to be in the running for Battle Red Lady Of The Season. I feel I should be Battle Red Lady Of The Season because I am a true Texans fan. I have been a fan since 2002 and have never turned my back through all our trials & tribulations. Every team has its growing pains and the Texans are just working through theirs. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get it right. But the most important thing is the end result. I never miss a game. No matter what. My family & friends know I will be at a Texans game or show up late to their event. They have been so awesome to take my love for my team into consideration. I have taken my Mom to Texans events and she has had a wonderful time and sees why I have a passion for supporting my team. I have even taken my daughter to Texans events she is not a fan of sports but she had a great time meeting other people who share a passion for supporting their team. My husband says I deserve this honor because I attend all the games, I dress up & I show up & show out. This past season was a difficult season for me personally. But somehow, through support from friends, I was able to make it to all the games and support the Texans. It’s a great feeling knowing I gave it my all. Every. Single. Game. At the end of the day, that’s all it is. A game. And I’m the biggest cheerleader!”

Lock It foundation never fails! It’s been on since 5am. No touch ups. Been through an airport & a 3 1/2 hour plane ride. 10+ hours later this is what you get....

If you guys haven’t tried mascara and primer you are missing out on life! My friend introduced this mascara to me about a year ago. I just found the primer last week and I love it. Best part....Essence mascara is under $5!!!!

Never Clean Your Makeup Brushes....
Is this you????
Do you use your makeup brushes over and over without cleaning them? Do your makeup brushes feel stiff or hard? Are they often wet or stored in moist conditions, like in your bathroom????
Why this is bad:
Bacteria, dust, and dirt can collect on your brushes, allowing for the perfect environment for colonies of bacteria to live & reproduce.
Every time you dip your uncleaned brush in your makeup, you can be reinfecting it & your face. Over & over. This can cause irritation, breakouts, skin infections, and clogged pores!
What you should do:
I know it’s a pain, but it’s SO worth the trouble! Professionals recommend that you clean your makeup brushes at least once a month. Just pick one day (I usually do mine on a day off from work when I know I won’t be wearing makeup). Set a reminder on your phone & have it repeat every month. Boom. That’s it. Clean brushes. 😊
