That dedication to excellence and our commitment to every student's future career are the reasons why IC&E has been a fixture in the Houston Area Spa Scene for over 30 wonderful years and why we are able to say many things that other institutes cannot: IC&E is the first Internationally Accredited CIDESCO School in the United States, allowing students the opportunity to earn the highest certification in the world for cosmetologists and estheticians; we are the only school in the nation with three International Examiners for the CIDESCO Exam teaching our students everyday- providing every one of them with the highest quality of personal training and the knowledge and experiences of the most qualified people in the world.
