Athlete's feet can cause all types of issues, stinky feet, itchy feet, and let's not get started on between the toes...

There are multiple culprits that can cause Athlete's Feet, what I notice most commonly with my clients are (1) wearing black socks and (2) not treating all of their shoes so even if they are treating their feet, it keeps coming back.

Black socks hold moisture more so than white socks so if you wear them all day especially in the summer it's a must you get out of them and let your feet air out.

If you are on a treatment regimen for your feet make sure that you have a shoe spray for your shoes as well and treat all of them, this will minimize the likelihood of reinfecting your feet.
