Heart-led treatments that restore us and brings us back to ourselves, sometimes we need a gentle reminder that you deserve this. It’s my 2nd week in the new space, and I’m so excited to enter a new era of ANSOB.

If I haven’t met you, Hi, I’m Katie. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for some time now, (almost two decades) What I labeled my services as “Therapeutic,” I’ve come to learn over the years they’re really nervous system regulating treatments. It’s always been about inner beauty healing over here, we holistically approach the body and mind and spirit. Working with all being layers-meridians, channels, reflex points, Qi, energy, fascia, lymph, muscles, that heals the body physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In case you missed it, I’m moving! Our beautiful sanctuary will now reside in the lively Montrose area. I’m so excited, yet I know I will be bawling my eyes out the last day here, and in the Heights more so because what a dream, vision, and journey this community has brought, and also held me! Two years ago, I visited this new space with an open mind, but I wasn’t ready. Timing is so underrated, yet it completely unfolds our lives how it’s meant to be.
I know we want so badly to control everything in our lives but trust me when I say let go,
live a little, there’s silver linings in everything.

A New State of Being is actually my middle child. It was birthed after becoming a mom for the first time, moving to a new city, growing a family, and pursuing the thing that filled me up- wellness, clean beauty, and honestly chatting with beautiful beings who turned into regulars, who turned into family. I will never turn back now, you have welcomed me with open arms and it’s a promise that I will continue to meet you where you’re at, offer heart-centered treatments, that of course will leave you in a new state, a healed state, maybe a state of becoming, a state of exiting. Until we decide for ourselves what is true and what feels good.
