Today I attended a powerful Shopify business meeting with Merchant Mastery where we learned how to elevate the customer experience, improve the backend of our websites, create smarter marketing flows, and make it easier for customers to shop and purchase online.

One thing I’m learning as a business owner: more sales don’t just happen by luck… they happen through strategy, systems, consistency, and being willing to upgrade your business behind the scenes.
