Sisterocks rehab par 1. Hi there and thanks for checking out my pageq. In this video my client is wrestling with a big problem the issue being bunching in her Sisterlocs. Because her ends were curly, as they locked the ends started bunched up ..in addition to this even after 1 year the section of locks in the very frint were still getting unravelled with a few breaking off here and there.

After analysing her hair , i started her maintenance and continued with the 4 pattern. From the nape up to the crown. From the crown forward to the edges where the pattern was loosest we did a diuble 4 pattern... this is the most secure stitch pattern and it excellent to help hold in place hair that is unravelling.

Next i started to stretch and crochet the ends to loc them into a permanent cylindrical shape. The end result is vast improvement from when we started. It will taje several appointnents to fix the ends, abd then make everything look uniform. Stay tuned as we venture on this repair journey .

As a holistic Stylist and avid gardener i care not only about what goes on the outside of the body but on the inside as well. If you have been following the news..there has been a lott of contamination in our food supply from Diahrrhea greens and lettuce to killer beef and a host of other awful things.

Instead of sitting here being fearful and complaining i decided to be the change i wanted to see. Here at Back to Naturel i believe in Transformative empowerment for tge body mind and spirit. I organised this plant swap and seed exchange to show us that we hold the power to positive change.

So many of our foods no longer have seeds, but with our own seeds we have the capacity to norish ourselves. Part of building a healthy community is building healthy bodies. Dont judge my lil ponytails yall. I did the best i could with the hair i had (with the amout of hair i had available...I felt like Jesus when he stretched the 5 loaves and 2 fishes) . Most importantly she adored her new style and it was all smiles when she left.
