I’m that wife that loves having him HOME!!

I don’t even know how to start.

Yesterday we had an amazing business call. We had a life coach and it was so encouraging, I learned a lot.
He asked us to write down every single thing that is stopping us from being successful? After this exercise he told us to closed our eyes and take a deep breath and go back to when we were 6 years old.
He said go back to that little girl that was not afraid of anything, that was so brave and didn’t care of what people might think! That little girl that had so many dreams and was so confident and not looking for approval.

When I went back I couldn’t find that little girl!!
I was never that girl, I was always looking for approval, I didn’t had friends so I had to try to always fit in, I was bullied because my mom used to sell candies outside my school. I was always working with my mom and I love it but I didn’t had a normal childhood. We had to start our day at 4:30am to be able to get the tricycle ready (Mexican style) and then go to school while my mom was selling outside, at the end of the day we we had to take the bus to go back home around 10pm, my house was far.
Don’t get me wrong I am so thankful for my life I was able to eat a lot of candies 🍭 lol but I never thought about my childhood and now that I have my girls I want the best for them just like my mom wanted the best for me.
I always say that parents do their best,
or what they thought was the best for us and I will always be thankful for that.

Now I understand why I’m always telling my girls

I BELIEVE IN YOU

I never had that in my life.
That’s why I love affirmations and I try my best to let my girls know that.

POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS?

Positive affirmations are used to build a positive internal dialog. When we consistently repeat positive affirmations we create positive subconscious thoughts. We are able to create new positive reality by replacing old and negative thinking with new and positive thoughts.

With affirmation we became aware of our thoughts and word. We became choosing to think positive thing and positive things begin to happen in our life.

We can use affirmation while we looking in the mirror. We are receiving message from people who looking straight in the eyes.

We also can write down our affirmations many times. Idea is that after many times of writing something that imprint on our mind.
