SalonTrose opened its doors in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, Texas in 2014. Our stylists are experts in cut and color and are dedicated to one goal; client satisfaction. With our friendly staff you will receive nothing but the best service. Please feel free to come by and check us out or book a consultation with one of our stylists if you have any questions.

Salontrose has seen over a decade of life changes, triumphs, artistic development and has created a sense of community and friendships that Montrose is known for.
In a building as old as time itself, she has seen better days.
Between constant breaker blow-outs, water shuts offs and piping issues, leaks and HOT AS HECK summers (IYKYK)
That paired with the property being sold for a new development, our lease ending in September with no option to renew- we had to move on.
After searching diligently for four years-the owner found “the one”
Our goal in finding a new space was simple- we wanted to keep the aesthetic we currently had but with upgraded bones. Which ended up being not so simple. Houston’s commercials lease spaces had skyrocketed in rent, the parking requirements constantly hit us hard.
Until we found 1834 Westheimer.
You know the spot well, right above former Paulies.
Aesthetic? Think natural lighting, hardwood floors and tons of plants.
Biggest difference now? We won’t be sweating in the summer time, and we now have parking LOTS and street parking for our clients!
Once a Montrose salon, always a Montrose salon.
Follow us along on our journey to get our new space in tip top condition! We can’t wait for all of our clients to experience this new era of Salontrose HTX (2.0)
