I want to first say I am not a writer but something I felt I need to share as part of my journey of natural healing (started when I delivered by baby boy in 2006 using no epidural, did not even let doctor break my water stayed in labor forf 12 hours) for myself and everyone around me.....
I have been under weather since Sunday night, stuffy nose, shiver but no fever and migraine kicked-in by Tuesday night with multiple throw-ups all night. I did not take any medicine because I believe in natural ways to cure. I continued with my yoga/streching/chest-press/shoulder-press/light jogging/Isometeric excercises/hot-cold packs and many more such things..... By Friday migraine went away but my stuffed nose did not so I decided to get my weekly massage only face-down this time so my staff does not get sick. Did cupping and combination... around 3 pm I was ready to go back to my day to day chores and WOW..... my nose is no longer stuffy... all cleared up and I can finally breath properly...

Magic of today's massage!!! I am glad my goal of natural healing is in action for me and everyone around me....hoorray!!!!
