I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. However, consistently canceling appointments the same day is unfair to me as your stylist. I make the effort to arrive at the salon prepared and ready to provide the services you requested.

Please understand that my time, effort, and gas are not free. Deposits help protect my time and ensure serious bookings for all clients.
