Young minds need an outlet.

Give kids something to be excited about. Something to build, create, learn, or chase.

Purpose can change a life.

Our kids are the future. Help them find their light before the world convinces them to live in the dark.

One thing I can truly say about our office is that each of us brings different skills, experience, and strengths to the table—and that’s what makes our team whole. 🤍

We are still accepting new patients, but we kindly ask for your patience throughout the waitlist process. We want to make sure that when you’re seen, we have the time to truly listen, address your priority concerns, and provide the care you deserve.

Thank you for trusting us with your health and for giving us the time to do it right.

Still here because of PURPOSE 💡

A little advice from two healthcare workers:

Healthcare can be hard, but it has purpose. One of my favorite things Gloria has said is, “God, please use my eyes to see, my hands to figure out what the problem is, and my heart to connect with the people in front of me.”

Sometimes, healthcare is about more than finding the problem. Sometimes, it’s about connecting with people, making them laugh, and reminding them they’re not alone.

So here’s your reminder from two healthcare workers:
Be silly. Laugh more. Love life. And never forget why you started. ❤️

I’m not a pediatrician… but this is what I would tell my kid 👇

Imposter syndrome starts to die when you stop trying to be everyone else and realize you were never meant to fit every room.

Find who you are.
Find what you’re good at.
Find where you’re supposed to be.

Then run with it.

You don’t need to be the best at everything. You just need to be willing to become the best version of you.

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk 😎

I don’t think this family realizes how much light they bring into the world—and especially into the lives of our children. ✨

Sometimes we can’t make the drive to Lake Jackson or Houston to find something special. Sometimes, something truly special is waiting for us in a little barn, surrounded by simple treasures, good people, and genuine purpose.

These are my favorite kind of light workers—the ones who create something meaningful right where they are. 🖤

Thank you 🙏

Hey 👋 friend ! Joy, gratitude, and positive focus can affect how we move through difficult seasons.

Learn to manage your emotions.

Stressed? Go run.
Sad? Get some sunlight.
Mad? Turn up some music.

Feel your emotions, but don’t get stuck in them. The longer you sit in an emotion, the stronger it can become. Move your body, change your environment, shift your focus—and keep moving forward.

I found a scripture the other day let me share it with you ♥️

“A joyful heart is good medicine.” — Proverbs 17:22

I get it I was in High School too … the pressure, the deadlines, the worry … But you know what …

The dopest thing you can do in high school? Don’t do dope. Drugs can mess with your brain, memory, and decision-making.

Start off with three short term goals and three long term goals ♥️

And stay focused on the prize 🏆

🕊️ I hope everyone who needs this opportunity is able to take advantage of it and show up. Sometimes the resources we need are closer than we realize.

Know your genes. Know your risk.

People often say, ‘It’s not your genes, it’s your environment.’ And honestly, both can matter. I still recommend knowing your genetics—because when you understand your risk, you may take your health, prevention, and screening a little more seriously. 🧬

Genetic testing isn’t just about cancer—it can help us understand your risk before cancer ever shows up.

BRCA1 & BRCA2 can tell us about inherited risk for breast, ovarian, pancreatic and prostate cancers.

HER2 is different—it helps doctors understand the cancer itself and whether certain targeted treatments may work.

And there are other genes like PALB2, TP53, CHEK2, ATM, CDH1, PTEN and STK11 that can also affect cancer risk.

Knowledge gives you options. Don’t be afraid of the information—use it 💡

Please share & save this so we can all learn, practice, and get better at understanding our health together. Knowledge is power—and we’re in this together 🥊.

October is a reminder that women carry a lot. We are mothers, caregivers, providers, and career-driven women—but somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else, we cannot forget ourselves.

Your health is built in the everyday choices: what you eat, what you drink, how you move, how you rest, what you allow into your environment, and how you protect your peace.

Every daily habit counts. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s part of the legacy you’re building.
