Today is the day of the Trailblazers & Trendsetters Hair and Beauty Expo heart and beauty expo! I am super excited to join other beauty professionals on the master class stage hosted by Mia “Mimi” Johnson of Grind Pretty® . The session discusses how the most resilient beauty careers no longer live in the chair alone, and this conversation is about the expansion into content, products, education, and the technology now reshaping all of it.
We will also share how we have built income and influence beyond client services, then dig into the AI side of the industry, the tools beauty entrepreneurs can put to work today, how creators are using AI without losing their authentic voice, and where human craft and connection remain irreplaceable.

I am such a supporter of degrees and certificates in your field. And you do not need a 4 year degree in order for transferable skills to help you run your business.
