✨ Making sure the space feels welcoming
🤎 Remembering the little details that make them feel considered

Those things may seem small to us, but to a client they say, “I thought about you. I appreciate you. I’m happy you’re here.”

And this is a reminder for ME just as much as it is for somebody else.

I’m a GRAND thinker. 😂 I can see the entire vision—the big picture, the finished product, ALL of it. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I don’t have to accomplish the entire vision overnight.

Slow motion is STILL motion.

Every little improvement counts.
Every small detail counts.
Every baby step counts.

You don’t have to wait until you can do something GRAND to make your business better.

Start with what you can do TODAY. Then add another piece tomorrow. 💛
