This Thursday is backpacks for kids distribution from 4-6 pm.

The countdown is on! One week from today, Howell Public Schools, in partnership with Livingston ESA, will host our annual Backpacks for Kids distribution, helping Livingston County students start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

Join us on Thursday, Aug. 6, from 4–6 p.m. in the south parking lot of Howell High School for:
📚 Free backpacks filled with school supplies
📖 Free books from the Highlander Reading Express
🤝 A Community Resource Fair
🎉 And a few special surprises we can't wait to share!

Hey 👋 Howell - Let’s get to know your new Howell Chiropractor- Dr. Brian Herron, DC.

Dr. Herron began his chiropractic career in Kalkaska, Michigan, where he practiced alongside his uncle, also a chiropractor, for four years. During that time, he developed extensive experience treating complex musculoskeletal conditions and helping patients regain their quality of life. In recognition of his commitment to exceptional patient care, he was named the 2023 Northern Michigan Red Hot Winner for Best Chiropractor, serving the Kalkaska, Ga***rd, and Grayling communities.

He later returned to his hometown of Novi, Michigan, where he purchased and operated McCarty Chiropractic near Farmington. Over the past two years, he has provided comprehensive chiropractic care with a focus on full-spine wellness, family and pediatric care, extremity adjusting, nerve-related conditions, and sports injury rehabilitation.

Dr. Herron earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2015 before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2019. He is board certified in both chiropractic and physiotherapy through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Herron believes every patient deserves personalized, evidence-informed care that not only relieves pain but also helps them move, function, and live at their highest level. His treatment approach emphasizes identifying the root cause of a patient’s condition while creating individualized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.

Outside the office, Dr. Herron enjoys spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Kelli, are the proud parents of three children, and family remains the center of everything he does.
