Hi All!I have missed you all very much and I apologies for the delay in getting you this information. I have been working hard to make sure that I can open in a safe, timely matter. The information below is nothing that can be changed or bargain with, its mandatory.

If you are currently experiencing or have been around someone recently who has been experiencing any of the following symptoms you must tell me ahead of time and you maybe asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for the safety of everyone inside Sola Salons. Dry cough
Fever
Loss of taste/smell
Fatigue
Shortness of breath
Headache
Body aches
Sore throat
Runny nose/congestion
Nausea or vomiting

If you appear sick when you arrive to your appointment, I will refuse your service and you will be charged 100% of your service cost. Many people are waiting for appointments and I will not put anyone at risk. So if you are feeling sick, reschedule, even if it’s the same day, I will not charge you a cancellation fee unless it is reoccurring cancellations.

You are aware that entering a public place puts you at risk of contacting COVID-19. I will in no way be responsible if you contact COVID-19 during your hair appointment. If you disagree with any of this verbiage please cancel your appointment.

MASK ARE MANDATORY, this is set in place by LARA, State Board of Cosmetology and Sola Salons to protect everyone. Mask must be worn at ALL TIMES in the hallways.

Please bring essential items only, phone, form of payment, drink. Refrain from bringing in bags, papers, food, work, ect. as we are keeping personal items to a minimum.

Please arrive ALONE to your appointments. Exceptions are from same household and both are getting services done. I ask that you do not bring your children unless they are receiving a service so please make arrangements ahead of time.

I will be doing a health screening before each appointment.

When you arrive in the parking lot please text me at 517-404-1577. The doors will be locked at all times. You will only be allowed in if you have an appointment.Please be patient, I maybe with another client or cleaning my studio, as it is required to clean before and after each client. I may be running behind with all the new procedures so please be patient.I will call/text you to let you know that I am ready and will come to the door and let you in. We will sanitize our hands when we walk into Sola and then proceed to my studio. After your service, I will walk you to the door and we will sanitize our hands on the way out.

I suggest that you rebook another appointment before you leave. Extensive sanitation and not being able to double book has caused me to see way less people per day. So I ask you to please be patient if your next appointment you book is further out than you may wish.

At this time I will only be seeing my existing clients. I do not have time for new clients or walk ins.
