One of the blessings of working for myself is being able to take a holiday off… but the flip side is the 10–12 hour days leading up to and following, while trying to squeeze everyone in, even on my days off. I appreciate my clients so much, and I’m truly sorry to anyone I couldn’t accommodate this time. I normally sacrifice a lot of time with my family to prioritize my business, but sometimes I have to choose them and take those (very few) moments when I can.
