We were welcomed to the new neighborhood with a whole construction crew! Since 11th is closed, here are the directions to the new office.

Directions to 1102 Beall Street, Hudson, WI from I-94 Exit 1
Step-by-Step Route:

Start at I-94 Exit 1

Take the exit ramp toward Hudson

Take Front Street north toward downtown Hudson

Follow Front Street as it curves through town
Continue for approximately 0.8 miles

Turn right onto Coulee Road

Continue east on Coulee Road
Drive approximately 0.5 miles on Coulee Road

Turn left onto 13th Street

Head north on 13th Street
Continue for about 0.2 miles

Turn left onto Morrison Street

Head west on Morrison Street
Drive for approximately 0.1 miles

Turn left onto 12th Street

Head south on 12th Street for a short distance

Turn right onto Beall Street.

After a 4-month stretch of all girls, the boys are back! And last week? We set a new record with the amount of babies born! The team is all resting up for the next bundle of babies. What do you think will be next? Is the boy streak continuing?

Do you need a super healthy dessert for your loves on Valentine’s Day? This is a favorite in our house! 1 sweet potato
1/2 can coconut milk
1 1/2 scoops of chocolate Equip protein powder
(If you don’t have protein powder, you can also use 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Steam sweet potato until soft. I like to use my instant pot and cook for 12 minutes with a natural pressure release

Add hot sweet potato, coconut milk and chocolate protein powder or chocolate chips to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Chill and serve in a fancy dish with organic berries. Enjoy with the ones you love ❤️ 💕

If you use chocolate chips you will get a more mousse like texture.

Sync Your Workouts with Your Cycle!

Did you know your menstrual cycle can guide your fitness routine? Instead of pushing through exhaustion, align your movement with your body’s hormonal fluctuations and natural rhythms:

🌑 Menstrual Phase (Days 1-5) – Focus on restorative movement like yoga, stretching, deep breathing or light walking. Your body is already working hard, so take it easy.
🌒 Follicular Phase (Days 6-14) – Energy is rising! Start to intensify your exercise training with cardio and aerobic activities.
🌕 Ovulatory Phase (Days 15-17) – Peak energy days- This is the time for high-intensity workouts, strength training, and endurance exercises.
🌖 Luteal Phase (Days 18-28 or longer)– Gradually slow down with moderate exercise, strength training, and gentle movement.
