I am so excited to share that starting April 8th I’ll be back in a private suite in Downtown Hudson inside .salonandsuites The salon is clean, bright, and conveniently located off the I-94 bridge next to Lolo’s!

I’ll be sharing a suite with my friend and former neighbor Claire Many of you visited Claire while I was on maternity leave, I’m so excited to be working with her again!

I have loved my time in Stillwater! Thank you so much to those who have visited me there, I am truly just missing the privacy of a studio and the opportunity to work with Claire is too good to pass up!

The past 3 months of maternity leave have been so special🧡 Miss Delaney is so sweet, I can’t wait to tell you all about her! I’ll be in the salon Tuesdays + Fridays starting in January and you can book online up to 3 months in advance.

It’ll be so sad to leave Laney on my work days but I know shes in great hands with my mom! I can’t wait to see you all and catch up very soon💗💗💗

Said goodbye to my first baby, Sill Salon Studio, today! I am OFFICIALLY on maternity leave🥹😱🥰

It was a really difficult decision to make this change. It felt so wrong to go, but staying didn’t feel right either.

So much is changing in my life and my work here has beens such a constant source of happiness and gratification for me! I worried I would feel like I’d failed if I left, but today the only feeling I’m overwhelmed with is PRIDE.

I am so happy I took this jump to work for myself, learn, grown, and build my own business from the ground up. I’m taking all that knowledge and experience with me! I have no regrets and will remember this place so fondly.💚

My location is changing, but it’ll still be the same me doing the hair on the same clients, who are truly the best people in the world🥰

Very, very grateful for the time spent here, the lessons I’ve learned, the people I’ve met, and the relationships I’ve built.

So excited for the next chapter! See you at in January!!😘🪴🥳

As of now, I am fully booked before maternity leave starting on September 1st. A few things you need to know:

 1: If you already have an appointment booked to get your hair done, please try not to move it 🥴 Chances are I won’t be able to sneak you into another spot. If you do need to cancel an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible!

2: If you weren’t able to snag a spot, join my waitlist by visiting my site and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the booking window. I can’t promise anything will open up, but if it does, I’ll be in touch!

3: I have put together an amazing list of talented local stylists to refer you to while I’m away. Its linked in my bio and viewable from my website now! Don’t be afraid to book elsewhere during this time, I promise you’ll be well taken care of!

4: My online booking will be turned OFF while im gone since my return to salon date is not finalized yet. I am not pre-booking any appointments for when I return, but I promise to give you plenty of notice when it’s time to reopen my online booking in the new year 🥳

I know it can be scary to trust a new stylist/ have to wait to get your hair done while I’m out. Thank you for allowing me time to enjoy this huge life transition with my fam! So excited for what’s to come💗

My assistant Kennidy is moving on to her next venture at a different salon and I am full of so many emotions: sad, disappointed, relieved, happy, and more than anything, incredibly proud♥️

Her year with me as my assistant has taught me so much and it’s been extremely rewarding to see her evolve and grow. I am so sad to see her go and will miss our hangs so much, but I feel confident she can handle anything that comes her way!

It was my hope that she would want to stay and share this little space with me, but as I’ve learned many times: plans change. I respect and understand her desire for independence— I have it too!

I’ve been struggling recently trying to find my “what’s next” and as our time together comes to an end, I’ve gained a lot of clarity around what I want. Working on my own really is where my heart is for now💕

I feel an overwhelming sense of pride knowing Kennidy is confident enough to set out on her own only one year into her career, I know I wasn’t that bold at 21! As for me, I’ll admit I’m excited for this new change and that I can get back to the simplicity of working alone again!

So yeah, I’m feeling all the feels!🥹🥲😖 This has overall been such a positive experience for me full of lots of learning and growth. I have zero regrets!

Nothing but well wishes for Kennidy as she goes off on her own. I feel grateful that she allowed me to be a stepping stone in her career. Sending her all the love and support that I can and I can’t wait to see where her artistry takes her!
