New Dimensions Fitness

Welcome to my new fitness page. I just became a coach for Beachbody and I am SO excited for this new opportunity! For anyone that knows me well, you know that a passion for coaching runs in my blood. I coach club and highschool volleyball year round, and club softball in the summer, and I cannot explain how much I truly love it. There is nothing more gratifying than knowing that I h...elped someone along their journey, and help them achieve something, whatever that may be. I am FAR from where I need to be health-wise, but through the short time I've used Beachbody products, I have already felt better, and seen results. I KNOW this stuff works, so I just had to be a part of it. I am a work in progress, just like many of you, so I know I can relate to a lot of people, and we can help each other get healthy! This page is for motivation, encouragement, if you have questions about anything for me, etc. YES I will be posting about Beachbody prodcuts, NO this is not a "sales page." You are never under any pressure to purchase anything from me. If you are interested in products that can work for you, or what my "secret" is (when I get to my goal, that is!!) feel free to come to me and I wlll help you every step of the way. I am passionate about helping people and that is the whole reason I became a coach in volleyball, in softball, and in Beachbody. Please share this page with your friends!
