Brownstone Station Wellness Center

Join us for our upcoming five-class Fall Family Yoga Series at Brownstone Station Wellness Center!🍁🍂

Class dates are 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, (skip 11/21), 11/28, (skip 12/5), and 12/12.

Designed for families with children ages 2-7, the family yoga classes are a fun way to bring the family together for a non-competitive movement-based activity the can benefit everyone. We'll have seasonal themes that are playful and yet that still remind us of the true meaning of the season. The intention of the class is to connect, move and have fun with each other away from screens.

One adult per family must be present for class. Younger kids in the family are welcome without charge. Multiple kids and/or grown ups are encouraged to join. Cost is per family size. All families are welcome.

Classes are sold as a package or as a single drop-in class.
