FB told me to go back to the area of the problem and shake the phone (….when I indicated to them in FB Help that there are problems with my profiles.)
What is that about?

Do they want me next to jump up and down and rub my stomach while I tap my head with the other hand?? 😂😂🤣😉

In case anyone at FB customer service is watching: my homepage is what I call “incoming” and I usually have another portion of that page for “outgoing”.

Problem #1 - am NOT able to send anything “Out”.
Prob #2 - am getting “incoming” non-related to my business posts on my Business Profile page.
Prob #3 - cannot send anything “out” on my Business Profile page.
Prob #4 - now cannot access FB customer service — so I have to post this in the public posting area!
Prob #5 - people are asking me if I have a duplicate profile, when I ask them why are they showing up on my old neighborhood page, when I know they’re from a diff part of the country and shouldn’t have been showing up there unless they were bird-dogging me? Or someone else from my old neighborhood? Talk about duplicate profiles!! How’s this for breaking down problems, people?? Hopefully stinking FB will fix this hot mess.

FB, you’ve screwed up my personal page!! Also the page I use for business. I can’t receive or send on either one. Except: I changed my Mary Kay page to “Ronnie’s Pop-Up Beauty Bar”. I can’t receive anything on it except for 3 male scammers, to whom I’ve not replied. I don’t receive any friends postings on my personal page. And a friend just now sent me yet another Veronica Kull page when she tagged me and I didn’t receive it. It is a 3rd profile. To make things worse, you confuse a page with same name — but in Germany!! What the freak???!!!!!
