I did a quick touch up on the way out of the door with a slather of Emulsion, Rockwell 6S plate 3 + some more Emulsion as an aftershave balm.

Left me feeling clean and ready to go!

I wanted quick, easy & refreshing and this Rockwell line came to mind. The balm doesn’t get the burn that I like in an aftershave but it does leave the skin feeling great, which makes sense because it has really good ingredients. I wanted a nice cream layer on the shave so I only added a tiny bit of water to the brush before applying directly to my face - no bowl lathering today. It all made for a really quick and quality shave.

I used a warm wash cloth to clean the soap off before drying and applying the aftershave balm.

I really like the leave-in beard conditioner, as well. It functions differently than an oil and just leaves your beard feeling great.

Hey everybody... I've missed being on the shave train. Last year got crazy-busy, and Surf City Shave is something I started to help my Mom's retail shop and spread the gospel of traditional shaving in Huntington Beach; so once it was up and running, it kinda' got put behind the 53 other things I do for a living.

That being said, I'm still here and I miss y'all's company. I have some overstock of AWESOME goods from last year that I'll be packaging as deals this year: mostly Barbus & Myrsol. (The Barbus labels got messed up in shipping and the Myrsol is just a bit expensive for our customers to want to try out, so you guys win!)

Both of these are EXCELLENT products, so I'm excited to get them out to folks who haven't tried them - especially the Barbus, seeing as it is another small business who is making great products.
