Hair, Makeup, Lash Extensions and Facial I remember walking into her studio, expecting to meet her and go over what she had planned for me.
My passion for makeup artistry began in 2009, when a friend approached me to assist her sister (who was in the industry) with makeup. Little did I know, as soon as I walked in to greet her, she asked me to grab a client and start working. From that point on, I started a whole new love affair for makeup. I was born and raised in the Orange County, where I am still located today. I am certified as a
Professional Makeup Artist. I am gifted with the ability to create beauty and art. My career began when I started working in 2009 assisting another Makeup Artist. Since then, I have gained over 10 years of makeup artistry experience through training and education, where I have learned proper application and technique. I am always developing my skills, which helps me continue to shine in my field by accomplishing concepts and studying new views through continued education from classes, mentors and peers. Although I have had lots of training from others, most of my technique has been self-taught. My hunger is driven by my ambition to assist all women and men in making their innermost beauty shine with confidence. In return, I am rewarded by seeing their vibe and energy glow. Watching this radiant transformation means the world to me. No, it hasn't been a smooth road, it will never be and I like it that way. This gives me the drive to work harder and prove to myself that I can. It helped me learn and grow within the industry. Funny as it sounds, it keeps me motivated. It helps me yearn for more, which pushes me to prove that I can and makes me better than the person I was yesterday. I welcome these obstacles and challenges because I know it will only better me as an Artist. When I started in the industry, I didn't know that I had so much to learn. I thought applying makeup on someone was simple and not very complicated. I wasn't thinking of the different facial features and structor that each person has. I thought makeup was just makeup. I got a surprise from one of my first clients that made me realize how difficult makeup would be. The first time I applied her makeup, she left the studio and came back 30 minutes later. She had washed off all the makeup I had applied and had another Artist to reapply it. That's when I knew, this wasn't going to be easy. From that moment, I vowed to conquer this artistry and make myself known as an amazing Artist. Trust me, I'm still working on that today. After I decided to venture on my own, the hardest challenge was building my clientele. At the time I was anti-social media. I found out very fast that it plays a big roll in advertising my makeup because it is where I get most of my client’s today. Posting photos, advertisements, friends and family helping me spread the word. I am very thankful and grateful to be where I am today because of them. I think my biggest challenge is selling my style of work to my clients. Each Artist has their own unique way that makes them stand out from others. I believe no two Artists will ever be the same. My company styles hair, applies makeup and specializes in weddings. When I started in this industry I began with weddings and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love working with Brides and helping them create the perfect look for their special day. The look we create will stay with them forever. It will be captured and become memories for years to come. In my off wedding season, I do makeup for pageants, muscle completions, fashion shows, you name it. If it needs hair and makeup, I am there. At this time, I also conduct makeup classes and focus on my photography business. I am well known for the way I create the eyebrows. I spend most of my time perfecting the eyebrows because I believe it is the most important feature. If I can't get the eyebrows right, it doesn't matter what I do, nothing else will look right. The eyebrows are what shape the face. I am also well known for my technique on applying makeup on Asian men and women. Asian features is the most difficult feature to work with. Once you master the Asian feature, the rest of makeup is a piece of cake. What I am most proud of as a company is providing a service that changes how a person can feel and look after my makeup is applied, in a positive way. What sets me apart from other makeup Artists is how beyond I will go for my clients. I can be booked for just hair and makeup for a photoshoot which will take me about 2 hours and then stay for the whole shoot. I will assist my client on set, helping them in and out of outfits. I want to make sure they are on point for every frame that is taken. This is my most proudest moment, having my makeup known and recognized. I don't have any plans on making it big to Hollywood, to being recognized is the best reward to me.

Let’s give this eyeshadow its own moment and a round of applause before we sn**ch the rest of the face. The perfect soft gold glow before the glam gets turned all the way up.

There’s something so special about these quiet moments before she walks down the aisle. Calm, beautiful, and completely in the moment.

From her mom’s wedding when she was just a little girl, to her prom, and now her wedding day — what an incredible journey it’s been. Such a blessing to be part of this beautiful family’s milestones and to see it all come full circle. San Diego gave us the most gorgeous day for such a stunning bride ✨💍
