Hello! My name is Michelle. I am your Advanced Certified Permanent Cosmetic and Paramedical Tattoo Artist! I service two locations, my main studio is in Huntington Beach and I travel to my hometown Bakersfield location once a month. I hold nearly a dozen certificates in the art of cosmetic tattooing.
