UNDER PROMISE & OVER DELIVER// Tiff had come in with an ombré that had been colored over and she wanted to go lighter. Lightening hair that has been colored over after already being light can be tricky, so I had told her her hair was going to be darker than her goal hair. But, HER HAIR GOT SO DAMN LIGHT! I'll always give you guys realistic expectations, but sometimes miracles can happen🙌🏻
