I've been ignoring fb. UPDATE - I am no longer working in-salon. I made my most valiant effort to regain some ability at gainful employment 'behind the chair' with the quick conclusion that I just don't have it in me like that today. In fact I have relocated to Oklahoma where I'll have the ability to properly take care of myself and continue this wellness journey. I'm doing as well as can be expected (with regard to my declining health in 2020). Working on increasing mobility, flexibility, and strength with space to focus equally on my mental health and stability. Love to all of you who helped me get here in any way shape or form. I love you sincerely.
