first highlights ever for my client chloe! I love a head of long, thick, natural black hair and was so happy I was able to give her her first haircolor experience here at the newport HCB! good news is that she actually lives closer to the LB location, so when that opens, she can come see me there!

if i’m being perfectly honest, i’m not gonna see beatrice for another 9-12 months for a cut and gloss, and another 9-12 months for another full highlight (no shade, she’s busy finishing up nursing school and will he busy with boards and work in no time) so this is about creating a base for longevity and creativity. using blondor with 20vol and , we got her light enough to where when the original toner fades, she’ll have a perfect canvas to deposit fashion colors using Viral shampoos. as for the toner, it’s shadesEQ gloss...but don’t ask me what I used...I just black out and when I come to the hair is done 😂😂

redid my own color...without using color! used all keratip extensions in 18/22 and 479 to add some highs and lows to my hair without having to deal with breaking through my underlying warmth to do it ~ it’s my favorite way to “cheat” and get the results I want without the wait. those of you who see me regularly know i said I’d never go natural again, but honestly I’m 𝕃 𝕀 𝕍 𝕀 ℕ 𝔾 for this color, especially how it looks when I wave it. as far as when I’m getting back in the salon, the date is still unknown, but I’m trying to work something out to get back ASAP. I miss doing hair other than my own and can’t wait for all of you to ask for extensions too ~ 🤩🤩 PS I photoshopped my makeup on the 2nd pic 😅

Gave this cutie her first ever balayage yesterday, which started off my San Diego hair tour. It was a fun but busy couple days, looking forward to many more 💖
