When you book an appointment, you’re not just reserving a service — you’re reserving our time. 🤍
Just like hotels, airlines, restaurants, doctors, concerts, and classes have policies protecting reserved time, small beauty businesses do too.
A last-minute cancellation or no-show leaves an appointment slot that often cannot be filled. That means lost time, lost income, and another client who may have wanted that appointment.
For that reason, our no-show and last-minute cancellation fees will be enforced. No awkwardness, no hard feelings — just a policy designed to respect and protect the time we set aside specifically for you. 💕

Could not wait till we have completed the whole prescribed treatment for this gorgeous girl. PRF (platelet-rich-fibrin) with microneedling.
