We’re looking for an experienced, polished, and service-driven professional to help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
This is not a traditional front desk or entry-level role—we’re seeking someone with strong customer service experience who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and elevated patient care.
📍 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and flexibility as needed
💰 Compensation: Competitive hourly rates
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage scheduling, phones, and patient flow
• Process check-ins/outs and payments
• Support patient education and practice promotions
• Help maintain a seamless, elevated patient experience
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience required
• Experience in medical, hospitality, luxury retail, or concierge services preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible
• Genuine interest in medical aesthetics, wellness and skin health
