We have asked Bassett to refund our money due to repetitive issues with the recliner we purchased. They want to keep replacing parts but we are tired of replacing parts only to see continued issues like this...see photo. Cushion foam keeps wearing out and seat cushion gets caught in the leg raise mechanism. Please refund our money. This is a defective design.

I just discovered the simple way to reduce the risk of hurting your back and having a heart attack when shoveling snow. Use a smaller scoop. When we use a larger surface scoop, we are lifting way too much snow, making it heavier, causing more strain on the back and cardiovascular system. A smaller scoop may take a little longer to get the job done but it's worth it.
