Ahh, @ctilburymakeup pillow talk diamonds. ✨ first impressions: they glide on easily and feel comfortable - but, I still feel a slight grittiness from the shimmer. I don’t mind this at all, but if you’re looking for more of a super smooth balm, then maybe this won’t be for you. Also- shimmer! There’s a lot of it! Pillow Talk Diamonds definitely gives me more of an 80’s vibe, and I like how this looks over pillow talk lip liner best- it tones down the frost a bit. Lucky Diamonds is a really pretty bronze shimmer that I think looks beautiful on its own, or overtop of a liner. Still though, it’s quite shimmery! With this shade, I find that the shimmer is slightly less in your face- it looks like more of a bronze-y, slightly glossy sheen (that is, if you’re not looking at your lips with a mirror two inches away from your face. If you are looking that closely, you can absolutely see the shimmer particles). All in all, I really like them. Comfortable (again, I don’t mind the very slight grit), and, I do love me some shimmer. I would, and will be wearing these during the day, but that’s me. And I love makeup. 😛 if you’re like hey, I’m not really about shimmer when the sun’s out or when I’m at work, I think these would still make a pretty addition to a night-out routine! ❤️ I hope that’s helpful if you’re thinking about these two new beauties and, if you have any questions, never hesitate to ask!
