Your light is seen, your heart is known, your soul is cherished by more people than you might imagine. If you knew how many others have been touched in wonderful ways by you, you would be astonished. If you knew how many people feel so much for you, you would be shocked. You are far more wonderful than you think you are. Rest with that. Rest easy with that. Breathe again. You are doing fine. More than fine. Better than fine. You’re doin’ great. So relax. And love yourself today. 💗

Have you ever been at a loss for words when explaining what CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is to someone who has never heard of it? Here’s a way with an excerpt from CranioSacral Therapy: What It Is, How It Works
“Everyone has several kinds of rhythms in their body. One is called the CranioSacral Rhythm (CSR). In this rhythm your head gently expands and narrows and your spine gently lengthens and shortens in an effort to exchange and circulate cerebrospinal fluid. It does this 6-12 cycles per minute.
The CranioSacral therapist will gently hold the rhythm and wait for releases. Releases occur in the form of heat, pulsing muscle twitching. Sometimes the eyes may blink or gurgling sounds occur in the digestive system. You may feel part of your body soften, or gently shift. Breathing patterns change. Your rhythm automatically stops, and release begins to occur. You enter a point of stillness. Sometimes there are emotions held in the body that are a part of the release process. A deep feeling of relaxation is a common reaction to treatment.
The most important part about CST is that the body will lead the way, and do what the patient needs – and do what the therapist is able to help facilitate.”
