In this home we are no stranger to tragedy. We have been through everything you could imagine; death, health issues, disabilities, broken homes, addiction of family, financial distress. The devil comes for us often and he come hard! Thankful my God goes harder.
I’ve had to get real weird with it to help cope with stress and maintain the person I’ve always been. Keeping up with the happy go lucky cheerful person that people who know me are accustomed to. It is not easy. It takes work and consistency everyday and I do so without the use of traditional medicine(probably need it considering I have a pit tumor) but it’s just not in the cards for me right now.
Mornings have always set the tone for my day so I focus on them and what I can do when I first wake up to ensure I am the best version of myself for my family. This has been a huge driver for my business model and what I want to provide to people like me who may be struggling themselves.
The day is what you make it. You are in control of how you react. You are in control of how your day goes. Don’t let others or certain circumstances change that for you ❤️
